There is no cancellation fee when you cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before the lesson. Name the day that would work, with the date and the student's name, so we can find the invoice. If we are the ones who cancel, we offer another time or return that lesson's fee. The diagnostic was never charged, so there is nothing to return for the call itself. Each lesson is 45 to 60 minutes. Payment is by bank transfer or a payment link sent with the invoice.
