A new enquiry can start on WhatsApp or by the info address linked on this page. If a lesson is already booked and you need the desk to see a written note, use the support address. Tell us the parent's name, the student's school, the grade or year, the subject, and the city, so the hour can be written in local time. A photo of the book cover is welcome and not required. We reply in English. You may read this page in Arabic or Bahasa Indonesia. That does not change the language of the lesson or of the reply.
We do not publish a promise about how quickly a message is answered. The booking page is the simplest way to open WhatsApp with those details already written. If WhatsApp does not open on your phone, the email link is there for the same note. Please do not send a child to write alone. A parent or guardian should be the person on the thread.
