The Tuition Tutors uses the details you send so we can reply about lessons. That usually means a parent name, a WhatsApp number or email address, a school, a grade, a subject and the topic you want help with.
We do not sell personal information. We do not ask for a copy of a passport on this website. A fuller teacher profile, if you ask for one, is sent on WhatsApp after the diagnostic and is not published here.
This browser may store a theme choice and, if you accept the notice, a cookie preference. If you use the optional page translator, that request goes to Google. If you open WhatsApp or email, those services receive the message you send. We do not control their retention.
Lesson replies and the short note after a lesson stay on the WhatsApp thread or the email you used. Ask us what we still hold from your enquiry and we will tell you what is in the inbox we can see. We do not publish a retention period beyond that, because it has not been set as a separate rule.
The site is available in English, Arabic and Bahasa Indonesia. Live lessons and replies are in English. A child should not send an enquiry alone. A parent or guardian should be the person who writes.
