How a lesson works
The lesson is a one-to-one video call in English. We do not visit the home. The diagnostic is free and lasts 20 minutes. A paid lesson is AED 50 with an expert teacher or AED 99 with the Head of Academy, with the local amount on the pricing page. Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Muscat use UTC+4. Riyadh, Manama, Doha and Kuwait City use UTC+3. Jakarta and Surabaya use UTC+7, and Bali uses UTC+8. We confirm the hour in your time. IGCSE and A Level follow the exam course. They do not start in Grade 6.
Kuwait City, the books, and the evening
Kuwait families bring British courses, the IB Diploma, CBSE, and some FBISE books for SSC and HSSC. We follow the book in front of the student. We do not call every British course Cambridge. Pearson stays Pearson when that is the paper. O Level stays apart from IGCSE. Grade 6 is the start. British Year 7 is the usual match, and Year 6 is not. Exam practice, when you ask for it, uses questions in the style of the paper the student will sit. It is practice, not a forecast.
Kuwait City is UTC+3, one hour behind Dubai and level with Riyadh, Doha and Manama. A 6 pm lesson in Kuwait is 7 pm in Dubai. Salmiya and the City are neighbourhoods people search. The teacher does not go there. Families usually want the slot soon after school rather than after dinner. The free diagnostic is about 20 minutes. Tell us the school, the grade and the part of the chapter that failed. A paid lesson is invoiced only after you decide to continue.
The published prices are KWD 4.2 for an expert teacher and KWD 8.4 for the Head of Academy, one to one. The note after the lesson is in English, on the same thread, and it stays with the family.
The country uses one clock, UTC+3. The Kuwait City page is where most searches start, and the lesson is online wherever the student is sitting.
KWD 4.2 and KWD 8.4 are the published one-to-one amounts. They are the Kuwait figures for the same two lessons as the dirham prices. The diagnostic is free.
The school, the grade, the subject, and the chapter that stalled. A photo of the book cover is enough if the board is unclear.
Usually soon after school, on a Kuwait evening. If that clashes with a family plan, message us before the hour and name another day.
